Coronavirus Resources
Many people are experiencing unexpected difficulties during the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19). You can find government benefits related to unemployment assistance and healthcare by clicking on their respective links.
For more information on the coronavirus, refer to Coronavirus.gov, offered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the White House.
For our California residents, we’ve compiled some helpful Android applications that can help you and your family through this difficult time:
- C4Yourself: Access CalFresh, CalWORKs, and MediCAL benefits information such as application status, program status and monthly benefit allotments
- CalWIN: Check your current benefits wherever you are, whenever you want. Get information on assistance programs, find a County Human Services office in your area, or see if a disaster has been declared in your zip code
- California WIC: View upcoming appointments, view food benefits, scan UPCs to see if an item is WIC Approved, and provide information on locations of WIC Stores and WIC Clinics
- CalJOBS: Search for jobs by keyword, area, or job occupation, map jobs near your current location, apply for jobs, and receive notifications when jobs become available

Los Angeles Unified, in partnership with the Red Cross, will continue to provide nutritious meals to all students who need them during the temporary closure of schools.
